We meet neo starred chef Roberta Sudbrack in Bilbao for Parabere Forum, the first all women oriented gastronomy congress invented and directed by Maria Canabal, journalist and food critic among the most influential in the world of food. At the moment of this interview the Michelin’s Star wasn’t arrived yet, but Roberta is at the top of the brasilian gastronomy since some years. At her Roberta Sudbrack Restaurante, in Rio De Janeiro, she offers a cuisine that made of integral choices, using the less known local ingredients.  We talked about her philosphy and basic gastronomy concept, that can be resumed in Fire, hands, brain, then we talked about the contemprary food scene in brasil and we let her tell us some anecdote of her as the personal chef of former brasialian president Fernando Henrique Cardoso.
