Bib Gourmand 2027: 37 New Restaurants Awarded by the Michelin Guide Italy
While waiting to discover all the new Stars of the 72nd edition of the MICHELIN Guide Italy — which will be announced on November 12 at the Teatro Municipale in Piacenza — Michelin has previewed the list of the new Bib Gourmand 2027 restaurants.
The famous smiling Michelin Man licking his chops identifies venues where a pleasant dining experience is paired with a complete menu offering an excellent quality-price ratio. This year features 37 new additions, bringing the total number of Bib Gourmand restaurants in Italy to 276. Among the novelties, 25 addresses were selected and discovered by inspectors directly throughout the course of 2026.
Emilia-Romagna confirms its status as the top region for the number of Bib Gourmand restaurants (39 total), followed by Piedmont (36), Tuscany (24), Lombardy (23), and Lazio (21).
