Romagna Solatia Dolce Paese… – October 28th / November 18th / December 2nd – San Mauro Pascoli (FC)

Taking its title from the famous closing lines of Giovanni Pascoli, the series "Romagna Solatia Dolce Paese..." (Sunny Romagna, Sweet Land...) was conceived by Fausto Fratti as part of the Spessore! format. Far from conventional narratives, the project interprets authentic contemporary gastronomy and winemaking through the direct experiences of those who live them every day. Twenty regional stories to be told across three shared evenings—a collective narrative that bridges the memory of historic trattorias, the energy of young talent, and artisanal winemaking.

This event is part of Fausto Fratti's ongoing work over many years to showcase the culinary culture of Romagna—such as La Collina dei Piaceri and Spessore—by bringing together the most virtuous producers who share a visceral connection to their land.

All events will be hosted at Il Nido Locanda Pascoliana in San Mauro Pascoli.
